The Ifeyinwa Akpuogwu Scholars Programme
Our flagship initiative is the Ifeyinwa Akpuogwu Scholars Programme, which awards scholarships to two female students from the Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State currently in their penultimate year at any Nigerian Federal Public university or accredited vocational training centres.
What We Offer
Each scholarship covers:
- Tuition fees for the final year of study
- Access to mentorship and development opportunities
We prioritise applicants who can demonstrate both financial need and the resilience they have shown in dealing with challenges such as displacement, economic hardship, early caregiving responsibilities, cultural expectations, and other structural challenges. There is no age restriction, because we recognise that women often follow nonlinear paths shaped by the realities of survival and care.
